Process improvement goes with several different names including business process management (BPM), business process improvement (BPI), business process re-engineering, continual improvement process (CIP) etc. all having the same goal of minimizing errors, reducing waste, improving productivity and streamlining efficiency.

The goal of this training is to help the learner apply the various process improvement and quality management tools and techniques in their manufacturing, production and/or business processes by identifying, analyzing and improving existing business processes to optimize performance, meet best practice standards or simply improve quality and the user experience for customers.
